Dr Alice Zacharia
Dr Alice Zacharia is a Clinical Psychologist with over six years of experience working in mental health services across London. She has experience working with a wide range of difficulties, including depression, anxiety, difficulties coping in the face of significant physical health conditions, and difficulties following traumatic experiences. Alice has worked with individuals of all ages, from young children right up to people in their eighties. She has also worked extensively with individuals with neurodiversity (autism and ADHD), as well as those considering whether this might be the case for them. Alice draws on a range of different therapeutic approaches, including cognitive behaviour therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), compassion focused therapy (CFT), and narrative therapy. She recognises that each person needs an individual approach that is suited to their particular needs and goals. She strives to work collaboratively with clients, and to help them to build on the strengths and resources that they already possess. Alice completed her Doctorate in Clinical Psychology at University College London. Prior to clinical training, Alice completed an undergraduate degree in Psychological and Behavioural Sciences at the University of Cambridge. She also completed her MSc in Clinical Mental Health Sciences at University College London.
