Dr Denika Campbell-Lee

Dr Denika Campbell-Lee is a Clinical Psychologist who has completed a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology (DClinPsy), a Masters Degree in Research into Clinical Psychology, and a Bachelors Degree in Applied Psychology. Denika offers a specialist integrative approach drawing on models such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT), Systemic and Narrative Therapy approaches, and collaboratively builds an individualised understanding of your experiences which helps answer the question "what's happened to you?", rather than "what is wrong with you?", to then find the best way to work towards change. Her approach also considers other factors such as cultural and social factors, which traditional therapeutic models typically miss.

She specialises in supporting people who feel misunderstood, struggle with their mood, and find themselves tearful, anxious, confused and/or angry. She is also experienced in working with individuals with diagnosed anxiety disorders (e.g. OCD, health etc), depression, trauma, and interpersonal difficulties, also those who have been diagnosed with or think they have traits of the following; Autism Spectrum Condition/Disorder, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD). Additionally, Denika specialises in Neurodevelopmental and Neuropsychological assessment for people who have suffered head trauma (TBI, ABI), suspected dementia, suspected Learning/Intellectual Disabilities, and those who think they may have traits of Autism Spectrum Condition and/or Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD).

Denika believes everyone has unique experiences that don't fit into a "box". She is a compassionate and encouraging practitioner, who is passionate about advocating for and encouraging people to become the version of themselves that they desire.
