Dr Yinka Oladokun

Dr Yinka Oladokun is a Clinical Psychologist who has completed a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology (DClinPsy) and a Masters Degree in Applied Psychology (Mental Health and Psychological Therapies). Yinka is skilled in providing specialist support to people across the lifespan who are experiencing a range of difficulties, including stress, low mood, anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder, low self-esteem, trauma, relational difficulties, and adjusting to new life circumstances. She is also experienced in supporting individuals with neurodevelopmental differences (e.g., ADHD and Autism Spectrum Disorder). 

Yinka’s approach is tailored to each client’s unique needs and goals. She works integratively, which means she draws upon a range of evidence-based therapies, such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT), Systemic and Narrative Therapy Approaches. 

Yinka is passionate about inclusive practice and is committed to providing a safe, nurturing, and non-judgmental therapeutic space. She is a warm and compassionate psychologist who works holistically and collaboratively to help people gain self-understanding, build inner resources, and make positive changes in their lives.
